Acceleration targets advanced prototypes, products or existing activities with initial evidence of users or demand and a development objective. Applicants may request guidance if uncertain about their route.
The proposed assessment covers the problem, solution, team, maturity appropriate to the program, program fit and feasibility of support. Scores support the decision and do not produce automatic admission. The authorized manager decides based on the application and available capacity.

Data collected. The applicant’s identity and contact details (surname, first name, email address, telephone, location), category (student, researcher, entrepreneur, company), institution or organization and specialization where the route requires it, background and experience, the project description (title, sector, summary, problem, solution, beneficiaries, stage, obstacles), team composition and roles, stated needs, uploaded documents and submitted links. Messages, requests for further information, evaluations and decisions attached to the record are also kept.
Use and recipients. This information is used to manage accounts, review applications and, after acceptance, follow the support programme. It is accessible to authorized incubator staff, the evaluators and supervisors assigned to the record, and the technical providers necessary to operate the service. Access follows each person’s role. Records and documents are not published.
Storage and hosting. Uploaded documents are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible, hosted outside Algeria with a provider located in Germany. Files are scanned for malware before they are stored. Platform data is hosted on the service’s server.
Proposed retention periods, pending approval by the university: unsuccessful applications, two years from the decision; supported projects, the duration of the support programme and then five years for administrative and accounting purposes; user accounts, until deletion is requested; technical and security logs, one year. These periods are not yet settled and this notice will be updated once they are.
Formalities. The legal basis for each processing purpose, and the formalities required by Law 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, including those applying to transfers of data abroad, have not yet been completed with ANPDP. Choosing hosting or accepting a checkbox does not by itself authorize a transfer. If you would prefer not to submit certain documents before those formalities are completed, write to the address above.
Your rights. To request access, correction, objection or deletion where those rights apply, write to [email protected]. You may also contact the national personal data protection authority (ANPDP). Retention obligations may limit some requests. Any promotional communication requires a choice separate from applying.
Application terms
The platform allows a project to be presented for incubation or acceleration support. The applicant confirms that the information is accurate to their knowledge and that they are authorized to submit the documents and the contact details of their team members. They inform those people of that submission and of the privacy notice.
Submission and acknowledgement of receipt do not constitute acceptance. Applications are reviewed against the programme criteria. Additional information or an interview may be requested. The authorized manager communicates the decision in the applicant workspace and by email. Only the services expressly approved in the support plan are granted.
An application guarantees no funding, national label, patent, qualification or commercial success. Submitting it does not by itself transfer intellectual property rights. Third party rights, research agreements and rules applying to service inventions continue to apply. The documents in a record are not intended for public publication. Any promotional publication requires separate authorization.
Applicants may request corrections or withdraw their application. Withdrawal does not necessarily delete all records. The applicable retention periods have not yet been settled by the university and will be set out in the privacy notice.
